We are a duo of estheticians who serve in the Inland Empire area, the city of Ontario to be exact. Leo is our experienced brow slayer and lash lifter with more services to come. B is a certified skin therapist, performing treatments for all skin types and concerns as well as all face and body waxing. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect the time of all clients and maintain our schedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
* Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 10% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the scheduled service.
* No-show appointments (failing to arrive without notice) will also be charged 20% of the scheduled service total.
* The cancellation/no-show fee will be charged to the card on file or must be paid before booking any future appointments.
We understand that emergencies can happen. If an unforeseen circumstance arises, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review the situation on a case by case basis.
